Service Description

Relax and unwind with baby as you learn the beautiful and beneficial massage strokes and techniques to help aid a multitude of ailments such as colic, sleep troubles and trapped wind, whilst having some incredible bonding time and meeting other parents. Session ends with wind-down and relaxation time. Week 5 includes a special introduction to Baby Yoga, leading you to the next progression from your massage classes.
